Shipping Policy

FLŌRE currently ships to addresses in the United States, including APO/FPO addresses where carriers allow.

Rates and delivery times

• Standard shipping: FREE on orders of $70 or more. $8.00 on orders under $70. Estimated delivery 5–8 business days.
• Express shipping: $15.00. Estimated delivery 1–2 business days after your order ships.

Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and begin once your order has been processed and handed to the carrier. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays.

Subscriptions

Subscribe & Save orders ship automatically on your chosen schedule and follow the same rates above.

Order tracking

You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Lost, late or damaged packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 business days, your package shows delivered but you can't find it, or it arrives damaged, email us at hello@tryflore.com with your order number and we'll make it right.

Address changes

Need to update your shipping address? Email us as soon as possible. We can change it before your order ships, but not after.
